Art Swap was a project which demonstrated the value of building connections between those living with dementia, their supporters and their communities through artistic creative endeavours.
Lisa has delivered a range of additional programs for various organisations, all of which focus on using the power of connection with the creative aspects of our nature to improve quality of life.
Working with a range of organisations has given me the ability to tailor Unique Collaborations for a variety of scenarios and situations.
