Postal Art Swap is an international collaborative project founded by Lisa Hort, the PAS project consists of a session of workshops whereby participants in Australia and another participating group that could be located locally, nationally or internationally, create small artwork postcards based on a shared theme.
The outcomes of this exchanged project being a collective art exhibition of the group’s Postal Art Swap postcards. The program is designed to tap into each individual’s creativity, connect communities, build and extend friendships through something that they understand a postcard. To extend communication we used digital technology like Facetime to visually and verbally communication with each other, further connecting the groups and extend the conversation exponentially.
