In 2018 Lisa worked with the Museum on a project titled Postal Card Connections.
This project engaged the Port Macquarie U3A Textile ad Fibre Group, Omnicare’s Hastings District Respite Care (HDRC), Greenmeadows, Christenson Village Care Home Canada BC and the Sunshine Coast Museum Canada BC collaboratively to produce artworks for exhibition. The Postal Card Connection exhibition also coincided with the PMHC 2018 ArtWalk, which seen visitation to the Port Macquarie Museum and the exhibition exceed 1300 during the three-hour event.
Continuing on the success of 2018, we collaborated again in 2019 with the Where We Call Home exhibition which featured artworks and photographs by Port Macquarie U3A textile and fibre artists along with U3A photography group and Omnicare Alliance Creative Connection Program clients. For 2020 Senior Festival the exhibition theme is Out of the Frame and will include collaboration from Port Macquarie U3A Textile and Fibre Group, U3A Acrylic Group and Unique Collaboration’s client Tina Lee.
As part of the Where we call Home, we worked together with Swifts Video Media to product a video collaborative video called “Where we call home”
